Relaxation Exercise

The relaxation exercise was excellent, I was so relaxed that I fell sleep before it was over. I had to play it again. It was perfect because I am going through a lot of stress right now and it helped me relax. I will definitely use it in the future. The voice in the audio was very smooth and it helps to get into relaxation mood. I heard something similar before but this one is better. I need more of that! ;-)

  1. I never understood how meditation, or autogenic traing, can help me focus better. I always thought I have to be relaxed and think about solutions during my meditation...well, of course that was not very relaxing! The trick is to relax your mind and body during a meditation in order to be able to think properly 'after' the meditation. It really helps!

    My goal is to be able to travel as well. But I am in school right know so that is being put on hold. What 10 different places have you been?

    When I was listening to the relaxation tape I almost fell asleep myself. I had listened to a tape in my stress class similar to that tape and i fell a sleep like you and had to listen to it again. lol.

    I also love the colorful pictures that you have on your blog pages as well.

  3. Hi, I have been in Jamaica, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Mexico, Venezuela, France, England, and live in the States and I am from Panama. yes, is hard to travel while in school I agree. I had to listen to the relaxation tape twice also lol. So we are the same age, what does it feels to be in the last year of our 30s =( ? I feel like I am 25 lol.

    Glad that the relaxation exercise was beneficial to you. It made me tense. I just don't work well with someone telling me to relax and what to do to relax. I'm more of a hands on type of person like physically walking done the beach and listening to the waves crash onto shore.

  5. Mack, I am impress that you can relax on your own. I can't do it so I guess I need some direction like that voice from the relaxation exercise. I also have problem sleeping maybe because I don't know how to put my mind to rest, no matter how tired I am, if I have something in my mind I can't fall sleep. I don't like it but I haven't find a way to fix this problem yet. I tried sleeping pills but I don't like it, I wake up more tired. Walking on the beach is always fun, the ocean is so majestic I can't stop staring at the water. I wish that could help me relax. Thank you for commenting on my post, see you in class
